Quick answer

micro1 is worth investigating when a company can describe mature, repeatable operations and established documentation. Compare the program page with the linked application because they express the size target differently, then prepare an operational summary that makes the business easy to understand.

Keep the program and application scopes visible

The program FAQ describes 30+ employees; the linked application lists 30–200. Read these together rather than silently turning the broader wording into an unlimited range. Companies outside the application band have a concrete question to resolve.

Prepare the visible opening answers

The October 12 public opening showed company, first and last name, role, email, phone and website. The phone dialing selector is about the contact number; it is not evidence of a company-location field. Later steps were not visited.

Prepare the contact answer from the person responsible for the opportunity. An adviser can help assemble the profile, but the role answer should explain the adviser’s actual relationship instead of impersonating an owner.

Show maturity through a compact workflow

For preparation, select one recurring process the company can explain clearly. A fictional recruiting business might describe a client request, an internal screening decision, a revised shortlist and a placement outcome. The point is to show what work the records represent, without assuming that the example itself establishes demand.

A useful brief names the process owner, relevant systems, known dates, documents and unresolved coverage. It also distinguishes a written procedure from evidence of that procedure being used. Those two descriptions give a reviewer a better starting point than a large undifferentiated file count.

Make geography and language concrete

The enterprise FAQ prioritizes US companies followed by other Western markets. The referral FAQ separately discusses global referrals. Keep headquarters, countries represented in the records and language mix as different answers; a global referral statement does not erase program priorities.

If documentation is partly English, describe the split you can support and flag an unmeasured share as unknown. Avoid claiming the full archive is English because the owner can conduct a call in English.

Test the route against two alternatives

Handshake provides a different published headcount and company-age starting point. Appen provides a workflow-led, individually scoped inquiry. Keep the company description consistent across all three so any difference in feedback reflects the route and the reviewed record.

Before committing to extensive preparation, ask micro1 which application scope applies, what company contribution the opportunity would involve and which collection should be discussed first. Preserve those answers in the packet. This makes a shortlist useful even when one criterion still needs clarification.

Questions about this comparison

Which size statement should I use?

Keep both the 30+ program wording and the linked application’s 30–200 band visible. Ask which scope applies to your opportunity if your company sits outside the application band.

Does a country phone code show company eligibility?

No. It describes the phone number. Company geography and opportunity priorities need their own evidence.
